Acceptable use policy
Rules for responsible account, source, API and evidence use in Rival Spy.
Use the product lawfully
Customers must have authority to submit business context, customer material, connected data and delivery destinations. Rival Spy may not be used to bypass access controls, authentication, paywalls, CAPTCHAs, robots rules or a verified source block.
Protect people and systems
The product may not be used for harassment, unlawful surveillance, credential abuse, malware, service disruption, privacy violations or automated decisions that require regulated professional judgment.
Respond proportionately
Rival Spy can pause a source, credential or account path when abuse or material risk is detected. We notify the account owner when an account restriction is applied and provide a support path for reviewing the restriction.
