Data used to provide Rival Spy
Rival Spy processes account identity, organization and workspace membership, approved business context, monitored public-source evidence, customer-contributed intelligence, product activity, billing references, delivery settings and support records. Secret values are excluded from customer exports.
How the data is used
Data is used to authenticate customers, collect approved sources, prove changes, produce workspace-scoped intelligence, deliver requested reports, enforce plans, protect the service and fulfill self-serve support, export and deletion requests. Customer data is not permission for an external write action.
Customer control
Authorized customers can inspect audit history, export machine-readable product data, request workspace or organization deletion, revoke connections and credentials and review support access. Deletion removes customer product content while retaining only approved billing, security, audit and legal evidence.
International processing and contact
Rival Spy is operated by Akii Technologies, Ltd. Data may be processed by the service providers listed in the Subprocessor and service-provider list. Customers can submit privacy questions and rights requests through the authenticated Privacy and exports page or the public support page.
