The terms that govern access to and use of Rival Spy.
The service
Rival Spy is a self-serve competitive-intelligence product. It monitors approved sources, preserves source-linked evidence, provides business-specific interpretation and supports customer-controlled decisions and actions. It is not an agency, managed research service or guarantee of a business result.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for account security, teammate authority, source and connected-data rights, review of model interpretation and approval of consequential business actions. Rival Spy distinguishes verified facts, interpretations, assumptions and supported non-action.
Plans, payment and access
The plan and checkout screens show the price and included capacity before purchase. Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout and on each invoice. Cancel any time and paid access continues through the end of the current billing period. If payment fails, the workspace becomes read-only while the customer updates the payment method.
Reliability and liability
Public sources and external providers can change, block access or fail. Rival Spy shows source health and recovery paths rather than promising complete market knowledge. Rival Spy does not guarantee a business result from monitored evidence or generated advice.
