Self-serve lifecycle
Rival Spy supports plan review, cancellation, reactivation, invoice access, failed-payment recovery and refund status inside the product. Provider evidence, not a browser return, controls money and entitlement state.
Cancellation and payment failure
Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Cancel any time and paid access continues through the end of the current billing period. Rival Spy does not include a free trial. If payment fails, the workspace becomes read-only while the customer updates the payment method.
Refunds and retained data
Payments are non-refundable except where applicable law requires a refund. A required refund ends the paid access funded by the refunded payment. Customers can export their data before paid access ends. Workspace data is retained for 30 days after paid access ends, then deleted except for records that must be retained by law.
