Active customer content
Monitored evidence, intelligence, business context, actions, decisions, reports, connected data and support attachments remain available according to the active plan and customer-controlled source settings. Source-specific policy records define narrower limits where required.
Exports and deletion
Completed export files use a short expiry and owner-only download receipts. Approved deletion purges product content and private stored objects, pseudonymizes the deleted organization and revokes active sessions.
Required proof
Billing records, signed commercial receipts, security events, support-access history and privacy completion evidence are retained only as long as required for security, dispute handling, accounting and applicable law.
